Two ways to create. Describe your world in a paragraph and BALLADE generates the full branching tree of video scenes — no camera, no crew. Or shoot the branches yourself with your phone and upload them: POV skits, acted scenes, found footage. Either way, you earn 50% of everything your story makes from premium endings.
Both are welcome. Creators can generate their branch tree with state-of-the-art AI video models (a story that would cost a studio six figures costs a few euros), or film the branches themselves and upload them. What makes a BALLADE story isn't how it was shot — it's that your choices change it. AI-generated stories are always labeled as such.

Watching is free. Optional coins unlock premium endings (half goes to the story's creator). Creating starts free with your founder credits; bigger trees and higher quality use paid credits.
50% revenue share on premium endings, plus a marketplace to license your characters and worlds to other creators. We believe the people who make the stories should make money — that's not how the current micro-drama industry works, and we think that's exactly what's wrong with it.
